In order to qualify, 16mm Film must comply with the following conditions:

  • The film can be documentary, experimental, narrative, music video or animation but must be shot using a 16mm or Super16mm Camera.
  • Film running time cannot exceed 30 minutes.
  • Entries must have been completed during the two years before festival (February 2011) and must be in English or subtitled in English.
  • Films must be submitted on DVD PAL format for preview.
  • Projection at the Festival is in 16mm.
  • Deadline for submitting films is 30th November 2011.
